Purchase information: When you purchase a license, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your email address and the license tier purchased. We do not store credit card numbers.
License activation data: When you activate a license key, we record the domain it is activated on, the activation timestamp, and the license key used.
Contact information: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.
Usage data: We do not collect telemetry, usage analytics, or any data from your WordPress site. Our plugins communicate only with our license server for activation and update checks.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
WP Engine: Our website is hosted on WP Engine. Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) are retained per their infrastructure policies.
We retain license and purchase records for the duration of your license and up to 3 years thereafter for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at sean@strifetech.com, subject to legal retention obligations.
